Refund Policy

At Contrade (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or return policy as follows:

  • Returns:
  1. a) Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. b) Products must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  3. c) The customer must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  4. d) The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
  5. e) Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
  • Refunds:
  1. a) Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the product(s) if the return policy is met as required.
  2. b) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. c) Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Damaged Products:
  1. a) If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
  2. b) We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you free of charge.
  3. c) If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund for the product.
