- b) Products must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- c) The customer must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- d) The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
- e) Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
- a) Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the product(s) if the return policy is met as required.
- b) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- c) Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
